Before making your first crypto deposit
A crypto deposit sends funds from an external wallet or exchange to a unique deposit address shown in your Brabble wallet. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible, so take time to confirm the currency, network, and address before sending anything.
Create an account, complete any verification requested for your jurisdiction, and open the Wallet area. Select the currency you intend to send and read the instructions on that currency's deposit screen. Do not use an address copied from an old transaction or from another currency.
Step-by-step deposit process
Choose a supported currency such as BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, SOL, XRP, BNB, USDT, or USDC. Copy the displayed address or scan its QR code. If the screen shows a network selector, choose the same network in your sending wallet. Enter the amount, review the destination, and submit the transaction from the external wallet.
Some assets also require a memo, tag, or network-specific detail. When one is displayed, include it exactly. A correct address with a missing or incorrect memo can delay recovery and may not be recoverable.
- Send the right asset on the right network.
- Compare the first and last characters of the address after pasting.
- Start with a small test transaction when you are unfamiliar with a network.
- Keep the transaction ID until the deposit is credited.
Confirmations and processing time
After you broadcast a transaction, the blockchain must confirm it. Brabble monitors supported networks and credits eligible deposits after the required confirmation threshold. Processing time depends on the network, fee market, congestion, and the number of confirmations required.
A transaction can be visible in a block explorer before it is credited to your balance. Do not send a second payment simply because the first is still pending. Use the transaction ID to check status and contact support if the network shows confirmation but the account has not updated after a reasonable period.
Fees, exchange rates, and supported networks
The amount that arrives can differ from the amount sent because the external wallet or exchange may charge a network fee. Token deposits also depend on the network selected at send time. Always check the current deposit screen for supported networks, minimums, and any currency-specific requirements.
Crypto prices can move while a transaction is pending. A deposit is credited in the currency received, and the displayed fiat value may change with the market. Never send funds you cannot afford to lose to price movement or transaction error.
Stay secure
Brabble will never ask for your external wallet seed phrase or private key. Keep those credentials offline and do not share them with support or anyone claiming to represent the platform. Use a secure device, check the domain before signing in, and enable available account security features.
If you paste an address into an exchange, review it again before confirming because malware can replace copied addresses. When something looks different from the wallet instructions, stop and ask support before sending.
